We're thrilled to welcome two exceptional additions to our ranks: Erica Prush, joining as US Head of Digital PR, and Madeleine Dykes, returning as PR Account Director. Two brilliant minds. Two deep PR pedigrees. And both are based in New York.
Erica Prush - US Head of Digital PR
If you work in American media or marketing, you're going to want to know Erica's name.

That takes a specific kind of mind, one that sees a dataset and immediately knows the story buried inside it. Erica has spent seven years building exactly that skill, and doing it at scale.
She comes to us from Break of Dawn and North Star, where she honed her craft across digital PR, editorial strategy, and SEO content. She can lead a creative team, run a media outreach campaign, plan an editorial calendar, or write the piece herself. That range is rare. That range is exactly what our US clients need.

Madeleine Dykes - PR Account Director

Madeleine spent nearly four years with Rise at Seven before briefly stepping away. Three months later, she's back. That's not a coincidence. That's a verdict.
With more than 12 years of experience helping brands tell stories that resonate, Madeleine has a rare ability to take complex ideas, data, and briefs and translate them into narratives that actually move people. She leads with empathy, creativity, and curiosity. She builds teams that care. She builds campaigns that connect.
Raised in a bilingual household outside Kansas City, Missouri, Madeleine has always been driven by curiosity about the world, about people, about what makes a story worth telling. That instinct runs through everything she does.
