Closing the gap between SpaSeekers
and their main competitor
SpaSeekers needed to close the gap with their main rival, SpaBreaks, and improve their overall visibility while achieving organic growth. The brand didn’t rank in the top 100 for ‘spa’ and were only ranking for terms with low search volume.
We performed a full content audit of the site and found their blog was full of irrelevant content that didn’t convert. We moved any well-performing content into the site’s guide section, and restructured the top navigation to make relevant content easier to find.
The site now ranks in the top 10 for ‘spas’ and has greater visibility than their main rival, SpaBreaks. We removed 420 spas from the site that SpaSeekers did not own, leaving 50 left that were easier to navigate and converted better.
