Recently I was invited to speak at BrightonSEO for the very first time. Although I have spoken at other events including pint-sized marketing, Leeds Digital Festival, Outreach conference etc - landing a spot on the stage at BrightonSEO was my ultimate dream. I applied for next years conference however I was lucky that Kelvin had a drop out and I was contacted last minute to see if I could replace them.

The Talk

The section covered "small budget SEO" so I had to apply my talk to those with little money/tight resources. In the past I've covered my ideation process - and how I come up with ideas that the national publications want and love to link to. However, I often get asked about my promotion process. How do I then push this to press, how do I word my emails etc. So I decided to go with a fully transparent approach and share juicy screenshots of my outreach process.

How to create sexy AF outreach emails to land sexy AF links no matter your budget or brand

In this talk, I share behind the scenes juicy screenshots and tips revealing exactly how to pitch to the most daunting national journalists no matter your brand, budget or experience.

I cover the methods that are most successful, who you should be targeting, what your subject title should include and how your email, press release or content should look to stand out amongst the 600 emails they receive DAILY!
