- To work with the Creative Director and PR Director to ensure new business leads convert to signed contracts by ensuring the PR strategy for new business pitches is the right one and also is achievable and exciting.
- Strengthen our Digital PR ideas by reviewing strategists’ PR concepts alongside both the Creative Director and PR Director
- Make sure the entire PR team workload is allocated correctly at all times.
- Make sure all PR projects are running smoothly
- Be the account lead on 1 to 2 of our largest digital PR accounts
- Work with our PR Director and Creative Director to lead the PR offering
- Managing a team of Digital PR strategists, execs and interns
- Take personal responsibility for PR work being completed and results delivered
- Create training plans and progression plans for each member of the PR team
- Manage the PR teams workload ensuring all tasks are being completed on time and project manage the team’s campaigns
- Working with project management tools such as Monday to ensure teams and staff are allocated and things are booked in
- Planning ahead and ensuring strategists are providing roadmaps
- Manage the monthly allocation with the team ensuring that each client is properly allocated across the team
- Sign off strategist and execs campaign ideas and roadmaps alongside the PR Director and Creative Director
- Support and manage the new business development alongside the PR Director and Creative director, attending pitches creating new business documents
- Act as the team lead on at least one of our largest accounts which will include full campaign ideation, management and execution including link acquisition.
- Lead new business pitches for content marketing/Digital PR from ideation through to creating pitch documents
- Act as brand ambassador for Rise at Seven, sharing useful and informative thought leadership content to the industry
